It's important to keep your guests comfortable, happy and well rested after a long journey to attend your wedding. The easiest way is to provide them with good accommodation, even if it is just for one night. Accommodation need not necessarily be expensive. Importantly it has to be clean and near to you wedding venue.

Here are few things you may want to consider when choosing or recommending accommodation for your guests:

1. Consider the location. Where they are putting up for the night is important. It's easier to be close to the ceremony or reception venue rather than far off. Guests can just take a walk and you need not arrange for transportation.

2. Be sensitive to budgets. Provide guests with a few choices of accommodation with different price range to choose from. Different guests can afford different rates.

3. Request for group bookings. Hotels provide more discounts for group bookings especially if they know it is for a wedding.
